New Highlights for 2017 Symposium!
We have some exciting new additions to the schedule for the 2017 Symposium to mix things up this year. Be sure not to miss these sessions:
- Listen to the Leaders Session: Hear from the CEO's of our active projects including: Brain Penney (Baffinland), Gord Morrison (TMAC), Ammar Al-Joundi (Agnico Eagle) and David Mate (CHARS).
- Hot Topic Session: Caribou: Listen to representatives from each region as they speak to the topic of caribou and caribou management. This discussion takes the Government of Nunavut's vision of Sivumut Abluqta (‘moving forward together’) to heart (wherein the vision is to “see the responsible management and development of natural resources that benefits Nunavummiut”).
- Speak Up/Speak Out Session: This session is your opportunity to ask questions about Nunavut's exploration and mining industry. You can ask your questions directly at the session or write out your question on the note cards found in your delegate bag and hand in to the Registration Desk. We're also accepting questions via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure to check the full schedule out for all the exciting updates!
