Please be advised that all hotels are sold out for the 2012 Nunavut Mining Symposium.

If you have secured accommodation please continue with your registration.

Registration for exhibitors, delegates, invited speakers and sponsors includes full access to all venues, sessions, social events, networking breaks and luncheons.

Please Note: Gala Banquet tickets are now sold out. For our delegates who have not secured a gala ticket we invite you to attend the "over-flow" party at the Arctic Hotel (formerly Nova Inn) from 8pm - 12am. This is included in your delegate pass.

Exhibitor Space: $1500 includes 2 delegate passes. Exhibitor space is now sold out.

Early bird rate has ended. Delegate fee is $500 plus GST after March 20th, 2012.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be in writing. Refunds for cancellations will be provided as follows:
- Cancellations received up to March 19th, 2012: full refund, less $50 administration fee
- Cancellations received between March 20th, 2012 to April 6th, 2012: 50% refund
- Cancellations received after April 7th, 2012: No Refund
**Payments will be processed online by credit card using the secure PayPal option. You do not need to have an account or be a member of PayPal to use this option. A receipt will be generated from PayPal and emailed to you within minutes of submitting your registration and payment. Sponsors will be invoiced for their sponsorships.
Your company will be invoiced the appropriate amount taking into consideration your sponsor level.
